This station was designed and manufactured to meet ever increaising need to empty large quantities of big-bags, above all when they contain very volatile powders, and it was then widely used in every sector, including foodstuffs, because of its functionality, safety and simple use.
The basic version of the station is made up of a big-bag supporting frame with product collecting hopper and various optional can be added according to the type of product and/or the required capacity.

The main optionals are:
• perfectly dust tight clamping system of the big-bag discharge mouth on the fixed equipment with consequent clear separation of the dust-free area, where the operator works, from the area where the product is collected;
• cylinders beating the bottom of the big-bag in order to guarantee that it is completely emptied;
• product collecting hopper with flat bottom rotary extractor to guarantee regular and complete outflow of products which tend to stick to the further production stages;
• laterally mounted bag emptying hopper to use the station also as receiving station for bagged products.

It is made :
• carbon steel;
• stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.
