This machine reduces the humidity of the powder until you get to a lower value 1% It is essentially a conveyor consisting of one or more screws in series with a heat exchange surface area of about 7 square meters, covered by counter-current diathermic oil at 170° C.

Along the bottom of the screw is applied in a porous septum which is injected with hot and dry gas a pressure and flow controlled so as to eliminate the humidity.
The injected gas is expelled through a bag filter placed over the unloading mouth of the screw.

It 'also made from parts of dust-tight, easily disassembled for cleaning.
