The vertical mixer, including also a homogenizer version, was designed to obtain perfect and quick blending of products having also different grain size or considered “difficult”
A rotary ribbon with double opposite concentric spiral to create a cross vortex in the product being mixed.
To facilitate the unloading of the product, at the bottom of the tank is installed a rotary extractor.

Main features:
• adjusting bearings as the end of the shaft;
• seals at the end of the shaft made in such a way as to prevent powder leaking and this pollution of the environment;
• two versions of sealing chambers: filled with grease or with gas;
• possibility of installing nozzles under the cover for dispersion of liquids in the powders;
• particularly sturdy and reliable construction in compliance with accident prevention rules;
• available construction: carbon steel or stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.
• construction planned for ATEX zone.
