The rotary fluidizing valve series “VRF” is the sealing part that lets the powders directly into the pneumatic conveyance line crossing it.

The main features:
• accurate mechanical machining for tightness even in case of high pressure values;
• seals at the shaft ends can be filled with gas;
• particularly sturdy and reliable, in compliance with safety regulations;
• several construction materials: cast iron with or without hard chromium plating, stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.
• construction planned for ATEX zone.


Special versions:
• rotor with chamfered blades;
• rotore with replaceable blades of different materials which are suitable for the product to be conveyed;
• for high temperatures;
• for rapid disassembly of the rotor.
